Just had carpet installed by Whitmore Carpet One and are very pleased with the whole process. All the staff was friendly and helpful from showroom, measuring, and install. Pricing was actually less expensive than big box home improvement stores. Although Carpet One is a chain, Whitmore felt very much like a mom & pop store. Will use again in the future.

My husband and I felt very welcomed by the staff at Whitmore. The salesperson was helpful and friendly. Gary came to our house and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He was very helpful and listened to what was most important to us in finding carpet for the different rooms in our house. He also helped us stay within our budget, giving us different options. Greg and Steve installed our carpet. They were friendly, flexible and professional. We are extremely happy with the product and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!
